Quality

Underpinning all that we do

We are constantly striving to improve our products and processes to ensure they reach the highest possible standards and compliance to international legislation and customer requirements

This is achieved by adhering to our on-going IATF16949 & ISO14001 accreditations whilst working towards adding Automotive SPICE & AS9100 to our third party approvals portfolio in-line with our long term business goals.

The use of an extensive Quality Toolkit including Design for Manufacture (Six Sigma), Zero Defects and World Class Manufacturing, 8D, 3L5W, Fishbone etc. help to drive our continuous improvements.

We also work to the industry best practices from AIAG, IPC and other industry bodies. Applying the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle enables us to work smarter and reduce cycle times.
